2018-present: Director General, Legal Affairs and Inspection Department, State Committee on Vietnamese Community Abroad

November 2020: Appointed Ambassador of Vietnam to the Republic of Chile (with concurrent accreditation to the Republic of Ecuador) by General Secretary and President H.E. Nguyen Phu Trong

Married to Ms. Vu Kieu Nga, only daughter Pham Vu Tra My, New York University graduate
